The first shirt I ever purchased was the rainbow crew. I didn't realize it at the time but it was a slouch fit. I'm normally a 3xl-4xl and the rainbow crew fit perfectly! However there normal 3xl shirts are not so roomy. They are more tight fitting, which I realized when I received the outside long-sleeved. It doesn't help that they often put there models in sizes bigger than them, making it look like the clothes are oversized if you're not looking carefully. I would love it if they made up to 6xl since there normal 3xl are kind of small compared to other 3xl I own. The packaging is very cute though and I would buy again if they made more slouch fits.

I received a wrong item in my order and when I emailed them they got back to me and managed to fix the problem same day. They have great communication and they sent the correct item and even let me keep the wrong one!

I ordered myself a few shirts, a new mouse mat and 2 pairs so socks as it’s my 27th in a few days. (Boomer I know lmao) order arrived and after 5 mins I noticed a pair of socks were missing. I emailed the support and they sorted me right out and sent out the socks I was missing (shoutout Georgia if you see this) I absolutely love this company and they seem to get the Customer service right every time. Godbless cool Shirtz. ❤️

Great! Quick Shipping

Always great quality product and service. I have bought a lot of their merchandise over the years and they never disappoint.
In my last shipment one shirt went missing during transit, they sent me a new one very quickly and even included a gift in the package.

I found Cool Shirtz back when they did the cooloween 2019 launch and let me tell you, I have never worn any other clothing brands since. I am an addict at this point, pls help. They have:
*amazing quality
*the best fit I've ever found
*dope designs that are unique as hell
*they are relatively durable ( I wear and wash all my stuff extremely regularly and they last a few years at least).
The only downside is you will forever be bored of other clothes, lmao 11/10. Oh yeah and they also have amazing customer service, can't recommend them enough

Do make sure to read the recommended care, these are real clothes and they can shrink if you abuse them!

Amazing products! Slightly expensive but that’s understandable. Had an issue with a package requiring custom charges so I sent it back and Sarah was a massive help with sorting a refund. Very happy.

In November 2022 I ordered a hoodie that my son NEEDED 🙄
The website is easy to navigate with many payment options, my item was dispatched the next day via Australia Post and tracked.
I followed my eagerly awaited parcel from Australia to Heathrow, where the parcel was handed to Royal F̷Mail as acknowledged by both postal services. Allowing for Christmas and strikes I didn't pursue the parcel until January, at this time Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was still at Heathrow. By the end of January I still had not received the parcel, I contacted Coolshirtz who just requested a copy of an email from Royal Mail confirming the parcel was lost, simple right? Apparently not because 'Royal Mail had not lost the parcel they just couldn't locate it' 😒
I contacted Coolshirtz once more, attaching relevant emails and screen shots of tracking asking what I could do next?
I received an email straight away from Coolshirtz advising me not to worry they would claim through their courier who would then claim from Royal Mail (good luck with that!) And they sent a replacement hoodie that day! I have now received the hoodie and the quality is amazing! I can now see why my son wanted to buy from Coolshirtz and I will definitely be placing more orders, safe in the knowledge that if there is a problem it will be sorted out.
I definitely recommend Coolshirtz who could not have been more helpful and supportive.

Spent like 700 on various product categories on the site including necklaces, bags, tops, bottoms, outerwear, jumpers, etc.

Every item was of high quality and comfortable, every shipment arrived quickly even from the other side of the world and the prices are great (there's always a discount code!).

These guys are always on the ball with the customer support and are very helpful and nice, there clothes are also awesome they are basically the only shirts I wear

Have purchased from cool shirtz on several occasions now including limited edition pre orders and Black Friday sales. They are very upfront with shipment times delays and the expected experience which is always a pleasure and while with many of these pieces it has taken many months the quality has been worth the wait.

Their shirts are incredibly well sized often being nice and loose or baggy enough to give room. Their jumpers are very comfortable as well, not being ridgid or stiff due to material choices but instead but pleasantly soft and well forming!

The designs and prints are also excellent quality!

Price can be a bit high but you won’t find any better quality product at a lower price point and you’ll often find more expensive clothing from other brands which pales in comparison to the cool shirtz quality! Truly a sweet spot of design, quality, and price!
